Shipping is FREE for U.S. residents whose total order price exceeds $200. Under $200, the U.S. Postal Service rate varies according to order size, averaging $6.00 per shipment.

There is a one-time setup fee of $30 to ensure excellent results. This includes machine calibration, color correction, brightness and contrast.

• 50-foot (3-inch) reel, running time: 3 minutes, $9.00
• 200-foot (5-inch) reel, running time: 12 minutes, $36.00
• 300-foot (6-inch) reel, running time: 18 minutes, $48.00
• 400-foot (7-inch) reel, running time: 24 minutes, $72.00
• There is a format charge of $5.00 each time Super 8 and Regular 8 are intermixed in the same order.

16mm transfers, 20¢ per foot

• 100-foot (3-inch) reel, running time: 3 minutes, $20.00
• 200-foot (5-inch) reel, running time: 5 minutes, $40.00
• 400-foot (7-inch) reel, running time: 10 minutes, $80.00
• 800-foot (12-inch) reel, running time: 20 minutes, $160.00

8mm-transfer playback speeds range between 18 and 20 frames per second to virtually eliminate all flickering. 16 mm transfer speeds are at 24 frames per second.

We only charge for the amount of film on each reel, not for the reel size. Reel sizes are shown to you to help you estimate.

Setup

A setup fee of $30 applies for all orders to calibrate the computer with our film transfer equipment. Here, we manage color levels, contrast and brightness controls during the transfer into our most up-to-date, MAC Final Cut Pro editing system.

Recommendations & Enhancements

Repairs and Splices

When transferring your precious films, our lab technician will take every precaution necessary to handle your film as delicately as possible. In the event your old film splices come apart, we will make repairs for only $1 per splice.

Titles

You can add titles such as “The Smith Family, 1955 – 1978” or “Thanks for Watching Us Though Our Years — We Love You” for only $10 per title page. Specify title to go at the beginning or end of your film transfer.

Cleaning

Your delicate and precious films will pass through our specialized cleaning solution to remove foreign objects like dust specks, lint and mildew. The cleaning process will also enhance the clarity of your film and make your film memories more enjoyable to watch on TV.

For this vital service, we charge only a flat fee of $15 for film transfers up to 120 minutes running time.

Music or Prerecorded Sound

You can have easy listening music or the original sound, if present, added to your order for $20 up to 120 minutes running time per order.
